Sampoornesh Babu who got introduced to the Telugu audiences with “Hrudaya Kaleyam” carved a niche for himself as a comedy hero by imitating big heroes with his spoof dialogues and acting that do not suit his appearance or dialogues.
But if does the spoofs again and again, it will be irritating to the audiences. Yet, Sampoo is trying to attract the audiences with his similar style with his forthcoming film “Kobbari Matta.”
Recently, Sampoo did not attend the celebrations conducted by a Telugu association in America. Reason: he was upset with the organizers for including his name in the list of comedians, rather than in the list of heroes who were invited to the celebrations. Apparently, he thought he is a star hero and not an ordinary comedian.
This has brought him a very bad name. In order to control the damage, sources close to him said Sampoo could not make it to the celebrations due to visa problem for his manager. But, if Sampoo boycotted the celebrations because he thought he is a big hero, then people should feel pity for him!
