Comedian Sunil Purchased 40 Acres Land

In a situation where the real estate market has been going through a slump and everyone is thinking twice to purchase any property, here is one man who has come up with a major deal and that too for a cause. He is none other than star comedian Sunil.
 
There is news that Sunil has purchased about forty acres of land which is about ten kilometers away from Sringavarapukota based in the Vizag district. The site is located about 50 kms away from the airport more towards the scenic locales of Araku.
 
Sources close to Sunil say that he is intending to come up with a vriddhashramam (home for the senior citizens) and this sounds like a good idea and location given the geography. But given the extent of land and the lust for the real estate values, it may not be a surprise if this gets changed to something of a big venture.
