Koti is the hub for many pirated CDs and VCDs. The hottest item on sale now is a private DVD of the sangeet ceremony of Chirnjeevi's eldest daughter Sushmitha. The DVD was aired by TV9 recently.
The DVD shows hero Balakrishna dancing to the tunes of 'Kodithey Kottalira…'Victory Venkatesh, Allu Aravind and many others are also seen dancing to some popular hit numbers from Chiranjeevi's films. These CDs might have got printed in huge numbers followed by their airing in a popular TV channel. These pirated VCDs are being sold out at Rs 40 as per grapevine. The VCD vendors near Kamat Hotel in Koti are selling these CDs, rumor says.
