At the same time, few more production houses who are going for buildup and spending huge money on films and remunerations are likely to meet the same fate. Right from those who are ignorant of cinema business and believe in crazy combinations to those who are slightly experienced, all are proceeding towards shutdown mode.
The list comprises of a producer who did many films with Puri Jagannadh and recently got involved in a controversy, one more producer who plans to release a big hero film in Sankranthi and cover up for the losses, another producer who became a celebrity in distribution circuit and scored good hits in the start but later tasted many flops.
Industry sources predict these three producers will soon pack their bags due to their high financial difficulties. Overall, the RR Movie Makers banner which entered with heavy dialogues that they will change the trend of film producing and are now facing a shutdown threat seems to have set an example for others.
