Nayanthara is someone different in the South Indian Film industry. She has her own set of rules and always stays top in taking the remuneration. If anyone wishes to take her into their films, should bear all her whims and fancies.
Once upon a time she used to take Rs 3 Cr as remuneration as per a talk. Later during Nithiin's Andhadhun it was heard that she asked for Rs 5 Cr. As they couldn't bear that much, the makers moved on with Tamanna.
Now Nayanthara got married. But she is not compromising on the remuneration aspect.
Recently she was considered by a producer to place her beside a senior hero. But knowing the price she quoted, they made a backstep. It seems that she quoted Rs 7 Cr along with Rs 1 lakh per day for her team.
Considering the other overheads like flight tickets to her and team, hotel bills and local conveyance, it will burn not less than Rs 10 Cr on her. If this is the case, she cannot do another film in Telugu.
