"Pushpa" is the most awaited film now. It is releasing on the 17th of this month. The trailer was out and almost all the songs are also super successful. Then we may wonder what could be the problem.
Though Pushpa is on the most wanted list in Tollywood, the same is not the case with this film in other languages. There is no sufficient time to promote the film. Moreover, this is Bunny's first film in Hindi. A grand launch is in fact expected. But the crunch of time missed everything.
The reason for this tight necked work is Bunny's decision as per the sources.
Initially, Acharya was planned to release on December 17th. But Bunny also wanted the same date and conquered it. With no other choice, Acharya moved away from that date. There was news at that time that Chiranjeevi was upset with Bunny's decision.
However the entire team of Pushpa paced up and completed the work. Now there is no time for publicity. Sukumar has been spending sleepless nights from the last few days to meet the deadline of release by finishing the post production patch work.
Sukumar is known for perfection. He takes sufficient time to sculpt the film in the way he wants. But this time, he hurried up to meet the deadline. The output was seen in the trailer which received mixed response.
Had the film been planned for January release, everything would have been scheduled well.
RRR promotions also started now at the national level by pushing back Pushpa in other languages. Though there is a tug of war between RRR and Pushpa in Tollywood, it is RRR that is more popular in the Northern belt than Pushpa due to the Rajamouli effect.
