It is without doubt that Brahmanandam is one man who is the best and topmost among the comedians of today and there can never be anyone who can take his place. However, there is a concern which is being caused by this star comedian which has become a topic in the industry.
It is heard that Brahmi comes on to the shooting spot exactly at 10am and when the clock strikes 1pm, irrespective of the shooting he rushes back home for lunch. Reports also say that he takes an afternoon nap and then reports back to the sets at 4.30pm. He continues the shoot till 6pm and then there is no stopping him from going back home. There is a dupe for Brahmi who is exactly the same when it comes to the shape and structures and all library scenes, distant shots and combination shots are being done by him. So much so that even the dupe has become a very hard man to catch these days.
Brahmanandam is said to be charging 1 lakh for his stint on an average but then the numbers change when the banner changes. Big banners reportedly pay him Rs 1.5 lakhs and the smaller banners that negotiate, use influence and connections settle for around Rs 75,000 as remuneration for him.
