Bandla Ganesh is one producer who loves his films completely and talks about them constantly from the time it goes on to the sets and till the time it releases.
Of course, he has done the same for Puri-NTR’s Temper. But this time he has gone a step ahead and has decided to risk Rs 25 crores business and release the film in many areas by himself. While this sounds suicidal, there are two versions in the industry about this latest development.
Some say, Bandla Ganesh is going ahead with the plan as he totally confident of the film’s success. If sources are to be believed, the second half of Temper will be emotionally charged and Bandla believes it will connect with the Telugu audiences.
Another reason is the financial problems that continue to haunt him thanks to his past two films. Since there are still some pending issues vis-à-vis Govindudu Andari Vaadele and tinsel ville insiders say that he has decided not to sell rights in those areas.
For now, he sold rights for Ceded, Vizag, West and East. However, he has retained the rights of vital Nizam area.
Surprisingly, Temper is very important for all the three involved. It is crucial for Puri to revive his image, for NTR to get a blockbuster and revive his confidence and for Bandla who is hoping to make up for past films.
