Bandla Ganesh bought the Telugu dubbing rights of Lawrence's horror comedy Bhairava for a whopping 25 crore said sources.
As per this deal Bandla Ganesh owns total rights of the Telugu version including satellite rights. Lawrence's Ganga collected theatrical share of around 18 crore.
Despite bad planning and delayed release Ganga performed very well in Telugu which means 25 crore is not a big deal if Lawrence strikes big again.
Bandla Ganesh recently bought the Telugu remake rights of Malayalam hit Two Countries and invested big in Lawrence's Bhairava.
Bandla Ganesh couldn't get the dates of any big star recently. He stopped chasing them and making smart investments to make sure that his money doesn't go anywhere. He might as well strike gold if one of these turns a blockbuster.
