Tamil director Hari is known for his mass films.
Till date, all his films have worked on the commercial formula and he has had 80 per cent hit rate.
Recently, he made Singam 2 with Surya. Though the film did not do too well in Telugu, it was a super hit in Tamil.
The latest news about him is that Balayya is said to have given his nod to do a film with him.
Of late, there have been many combinations that have been doing the rounds in Film Nagar about Balakrishna’s next film.
Now, this film has joined the queue. Hari too has been trying to do a film in Telugu and extend his base. He has already been in talks with NTR and Prabhas.
But it was Balakrishna who gave the final nod, say the industry sources.
Since Hari is known for his mass, masala flicks and is considered to be a mimimum guarantee director, Balakrishna can rest assured of a hit.
