Daggubati Rana, who has come from a big family in Telugu film industry, has still been struggling to settle down as a hero. Though his family holds one of the biggest production houses in the industry, he has not been able to get good films to act.
He thought he would achieve the stardom by acting as a villain in Baahubali, but it has not helped him in any way. Apparently, Rana thought after Baahubali, star directors would make a beeline to his house to make films with him.
Having great hopes after the success of Baahubali, he even gave up offers to act in films like “Krishna Gaadi Veera Prema Gaatha.” But, nobody evinced interest in him, except flop director Teja who is the only director to confirm making a film with Rana as hero.
Otherwise, Rana is not finding suitable stories to get into action. With young heroes like Naani and Sarvanand giving him tough competition and becoming busy with one film after the other, Rana is facing serious bankruptcy of good stories. Now, the only hope for him is Baahubali-2, which may change his fortune!
