Prabhas’s upcoming pan Indian film Adipurush distribution rights are sold to UV distribution company for a nominal price.
Andhra, Nizam, Ceded and Karnataka distribution rights of Adipurush are reportedly bagged by UV for Rs 75 Cr. This is a steal considering Prabhas’s craze in Telugu states and popularity in Karnataka.
They can make at least Rs 50 Cr profits by selling distribution rights to the third parties.
Although conventional buyers are currently in a confused state regarding betting big on movies, things should be back to normal by the time Adipurush hits the marquee.
UV is the front contender for bagging the AP and Nizam distribution rights of Prabhas-Prashant Neel’s Salaar too.
