Till date, around 30 Telugu NRIs have reportedly been questioned by the US Department of Homeland Security in connection with the sex scandal unearthed there.
The incident has brought a lot of disrepute to Tollywood and the Telugus across the globe and the immediate effect has been the cancellation or refusal of visas to even genuine actresses, artistes or common people visiting the US on some official work to either TANA or some other Telugu Association.
Since the investigation has been taken up by the US Department, no one can influence the ongoing proceedings or the officials there and till date, all such attempts by some influential members there have come a cropper.
