Small budgeted movie 'Anando Brahma' which was released without much expectations last weekend has turned out to be a super hit. It showed terrific growth over the weekend.
Positive reviews have helped the film very much. The film got just $26k from Thursday preview shows but it jumped to 72k on Friday and 127k on Saturday after unanimous positive reviews have come.

A nearly 300k opening for a small-budget film by any yardstick is excellent. So, the film is already a super hit as far as overseas market is concerned.
On the other hand, Rana’s “Nene Raju Nene Mantri” has added another 50k to its tally over the weekend. The film which now stands with about $600k will be closing its run this week.
“Fidaa” is still drawing decent amount and it is likely to close the total run with $2.1 million dollars.
“LIE” and “Jaya Janaki Nayaka” both are huge duds at USA BO.
