Adivi Sesh starrer Goodachari has lived up to the promise it has shown with its promos. The film has received rave reviews from all the noted critics and also generated superb word of mouth.
Goodachari collections picked up by Friday evening everywhere and has totally dominated the Saturday box office in spite of other new releases.
Chi La Sow produced by Nagarjuna and co. opened on a decent note in cities, but is not anywhere close to Goodachari numbers.
Brand Babu branded as Maruthi’s film failed to get noticed amid Goodachari and Chi La Sow. These films will need a strong Sunday to recover the costs, as per trade sources.
Last week’s release Saakshyam is heading for a disaster. The collections crashed down after first weekend and it is all downhill from that point. Bellamkonda Srinivas has once again letdown the buyers that are betting big on him.
Niharika’s Happy Wedding also is a total washout.
July was a very disappointing month for film trade as none of the films except RX 100 clicked at the box office.
