Dhruva has finally fulfilled the dream of Ram Charan to enter the Million Dollar club in US. Though Ram Charan’s films like Racha, Nayak and Evadu did well in the domestic circuit they failed to strike a chord with the overseas audience.
Govindudu Andarivadele and Bruce Lee let him down big time as the actor believed that those films would give him a break in the overseas market.
People started to write him off and the actor was trolled on social media for being unable to score a Million dollar movie in US when small films like Pelli Chupulu and Bhale Bhale Magadivoy also were able to enter the club.
Ram Charan specifically targeted US market with Dhruva and made sure that the film reaches as many by touring US.
Dhruva could have reached the Million Dollar mark by Sunday, but it was delayed due to the weather conditions in some parts of US. It has breached the 1 Million mark by Tuesday evening and has chances to add another $ 300K in its full run.
Right now Dhruva is at ninth place among the top grossing movies of the year. It has chances to end up at sixth place by the end of its theatrical run.
