Naga Chaitanya's Rararandoy Veduka Chuddam opened on a solid note at the box office. It is the biggest ever opening for a Chay’s film.
Despite limited release, RRVC collected nearly Rs. 3.6 crore share from Telugu states. In Karnataka it collected Rs. 22 lakhs share and its first day gross in US is $160K (including premieres).
Its second day numbers are pretty impressive all over. It is poised to collect over Rs. 9 crore share in its first weekend from Telugu states.
But the biggest question is can it hold during the week days or not? None of the recent releases were able to put up a good show post first weekend.
The film has impressed the family audience which should help it to hold its ground from Monday.
We have to wait for few more days to see whether it can become the highest grosser in Chaitanya’s career or not. Currently Premam is at the top among Chay’s solo films.
RRVC still got a lot of work to do.
