Allu Arjun and Sukumar’s “Pushpa The Rise” has raked in $1 million in the shortest time. With Saturday’s early sales, the action drama has crossed the $1 million mark.
After ‘Love Story’, ‘Akhanda’, this is the third film that collected more than $1 million mark at the USA box-office in 2021. However, it has achieved this feat in two days.
“Pushpa The Rise” had witnessed a craze for the film even before its release. Demand for the premiere shows was terrific, but the distributor could not meet the demand due to the lack of theaters. The problem was sorted out for day one.
Premiere shows: $543,383, Friday: $429,482, With Saturday early sales: $1,030,840 ($1 Million)
The film is expected to do well on Saturday as well. Sukumar’s previous film “Rangasthalam” and Allu Arjun’s film “Ala Vakunthapurramllo” were blockbusters.
Each of them had collected more than $3 million in their lifetime run at the USA box office.
