Balakrishna and Boyapati Srinu combo is doing wonders at ticket windows in domestic and overseas markets.

This is highest premiere show collection for Balakrishna starrer films and is the biggest for Telugu movies in 2021.
The number is huge given mass films won't really get such reception in overseas. It has even fared better than Pawan Kalyan’s Vakeel Saab ($300557) and Naga Chaitanya's Love Story ($313150).
Most of the other movies released this year failed to mint even decent numbers.
On the other hand, Akhanda opened to packed houses in most of the centres in Telugu states.
It's a positive indication and this kind of response brings a big sigh of relief for next biggies.
