VASAVI JAYANTHI 2011 Celebrations across USA, Canada and UK from APRIL 30th to MAY 22nd
May 12 2011 is the birth day (Vaisakha Sudda Dasami) of Vasavi Kanyakaparameswari. Vasavi Jayanthi/Mothers Day celebrated in several cities across USA from April30th to May 22nd 2011 on a grand scale. This year Vasavi Jayanthi is celebrated in 25 cities with great devotion.
Major event was celebrated more than 25 location across the USA includes Atlanta, Bay Area, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Columbus (Ohio), Cleveland, Dallas, DC, Detroit, Houston, New Jersey, Milwaukee, Orlando, Portland, Raleigh, St.Louis, Tampa, Seattle and also major cities in Canada and UK with participation over 30000 people in a span of two weeks.
The national level Vasvai Jayanthi celebrations being coordinated this year by NRIVA (www.NRIVA.org) across all 50 states in USA and other parts of the world with local event co-ordination by VSF of Bay Area, VONA of Chicago, Vasavi Society of New York, VPS of Houston, Detroit Vasavi, Triangle Vasavi of Raleigh and Various NRIVA Chapters.
For 2011 Vasavi Jayanthi celebrations, NRIVA released Vasavi Matha Bajans/Prayers album CD to spread Vasavi Matha Message of DHARMAM-SEELAM-AHIMSA to all Vasavi followers in USA, CANDA and U.K.

This year national level Vasavi Jayanthi celebrations are co-ordinated by Chittari Pabba and also helped many local chapter’s co-ordinators.
