A 34-year-old software engineer from Bachannapet Mandal in Jangaon district, Chittoju Mahesh, passed away due to sudden cardiac arrest in Georgia, United States, on Tuesday.
Mahesh, who had relocated to the United States with his wife Radha Nampalli three years ago, was residing in Cumming city, Georgia.
Family members reported that Mahesh experienced a cardiac arrest while at work.
Despite immediate efforts by his office colleagues to rush him to the hospital, he unfortunately passed away en route. The couple leaves behind a 4-year-old child.
In response to the tragedy, Radha has initiated a donation request on GoFundMePage to facilitate the repatriation of Mahesh's body to his native place in India.
In her message on the crowdfunding platform, she expressed her sorrow over her husband's sudden demise and the financial challenge of transporting his remains back home.
"The financial burden of repatriating his body to India is overwhelming, and we urgently need assistance to give him the dignified farewell he deserves," she wrote.
Radha also emphasized the importance of support beyond financial contributions, stating that "your support, whether through donations, sharing our story, or offering words of comfort," holds immense value during this difficult time.
