He suffered a heart attack this afternoon and is now admitted into a corporate hospital at Sheela Nagar in Vizag.
An angiogram will be performed shortly. Doctors say that a vessel in his heart was damaged due to a blood clot and the treatment is going on. His condition is stable as of now as per hospital sources.
It is known that Mallik propagated that the kitchen in every household is the best pharmacy and one can keep coronavirus away by eating fenugreek seeds and other spices.
He has thousands of followers who have been releasing testimonial videos in support of his diet advice to fight the ongoing pandemic.
In the process of opposing the steroid treatment and propagating his kitchen medicine, he verbally attacked the corporate hospitals and pharmacy companies stating that they are literally looting the public with fat bills and spoiling their health with wrong medication above that.
While his followers are worried about his health, some are trolling on social media for getting admitted in the hospital for allopathic treatment.
