There are some journalists and news shows' anchors speak with blind hypocrisy much to the wonder of the people around.
In their point, if the courts give verdict in the favor of TDP then the courts are functioning well, or else the courts are being managed by the ruling party!!
This seems to be the gist of senior journalist RK's recent drivel.
Let's take a step back and delve into what these words are all about.
Over the past four years, almost consistently, similar headlines have been circulating in TDP media like:
- Jagan Prabhutwaniki Court Mottikaya
- Prabhutwaniki Court Chivatlu
- Adhikarulanu Niladeesina Court
- Jagan ku Court lo chukkeduru
- Jagan ku court lo edurudebba....
and so on.
Jagan's administration has faced obstacles in obtaining approval for the three capitals, and at times, it has been unable to secure permission to paint the panchayat buildings according to their preferences.
And in such instances, for TDP media, the Courts are good.
Some individuals were imprisoned for days on the charges of disrespecting courts, verdicts, and esteemed judges on social media. They were denied bail for a prolonged period. Back then, everything the courts did seemed like a great thing for TDP media.
If ABN Radhakrishna states that if Jagan Mohan Reddy manipulated the system with his power now, then he should also agree that Chandrababu manipulated the same with his power at that time!
Over the last four years, numerous lawsuits have been filed against Jagan's decisions. Is there a single case where even one percent of them received a verdict in Jagan's favor? Then, who has control over the systems?
In the end, people are aware of who manipulates the systems and how. Everyone is familiar with how Chandrababu has been managing the cases against him for decades.
Recently, there is a detailed story on WhatsApp regarding how the 'not before me' clause was used by CBN's lawyers with a shocking manipulation. All those who read it couldn't help but wonder at the crooked nature of CBN.
As the bail has yet to be granted, they claim it's injustice. If the case gets quashed then they say justice has prevailed.
For them, if it's convenient one way, if not, it's another way. Too hypocritic and too yellow-blinded.
