Michael Jackson Died- A Tribute

A pop star has fallen. The hearts of billions of his fans across the world stopped beating for a while. The strings of music sounded silence.

Michael Jackson, the pop star who rocked entire world is no more. He breathed his last suffering a chronic lung disease. He left the world in shock leaving the planet while he is running 50 on Thursday (25th June 2009) afternoon at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center. He suffered a cardiac arrest just a few minutes before that time.

He had a long odyssey in the field of pop music. Starting his career as singer in tender teenage, he took the rostrum of singing against racial discrimination. He stood by the side of black community and expressed their woes in the most effective way. His voice was a digging arrow in the hearts of racial discrimination under the sky. He got cosmetic surgeries several times to change the complexion of his skin and thus answered entire white community those pumped in racial discrimination just boasting their fair skin. And his pop numbers shook entire world.

The numbers like "Black or white" and  "All I wanna say is that they don't really care about us" shook the bases of the societies those have encouraged racial discrimination. The song 'beat it' raised the heart beat of youngsters across the world and the lyrics of that song used to be quoted even during evoking speeches in universities.

And coming to the fiction side, his creative numbers 'It's close to midnight' from 'Thriller' has taught ways to incorporate horror elements in entertainment. The song turned so popular that Telugu film 'Donga' has shot a similar number on Chiranjeevi. And the song 'Remember the time' inspired the canning of 'Mayamascheendra..' in 'Bharateeyudu' starring Kamal Hasan. Michael Jackson's influence was felt knowingly or unknowingly in Indian music to large extent. Even the song 'Muddabanthi Moggalaaga..' from 90s release 'Samudram' of Krishna Vamsi has taken a cue from a Michael Jackson's number.

And last but not least, the Indian dancing legend Prabhu Deva once humbly asked not to compare him with Michael Jackson as the latter is miles ahead of his talent. With this we can say Jackson is an icon even for many dancers those have big fan following.

Greatandhra.com expresses deep condolences for entire fan community of Michael Jackson across the world.
