Lahari from Texas found dead in Oklahoma

In a tragic turn of events, the search campaign for a young professional from McKinney, Texas, has ended with the recovery of her body in Oklahoma.

Late on May 12, news started circulating on social media about the mysterious disappearance of 25-year-old Lahari Pathivada, a resident of McKinney in Collins County, Texas.

Friends of the family alerted the public that Lahari, who was also studying at the University of Kansas, was last seen driving a black Toyota in the El Dorado Parkway and Hardin Boulevard area of McKinney.

She left home on Friday morning but never returned. Concerned, her family initiated a search in and around the area.

Despite Lahari being a resident of the Dallas area, her phone was tracked in Oklahoma. This raised alarm among her friends and family, as Lahari was supposed to travel from home to her job in the local area.

On May 13, it was revealed that Lahari's body was discovered over 200 miles away in Oklahoma. While investigations are ongoing, and it is yet to be determined how Lahari ended up in Oklahoma, the news of her unfortunate demise was shared on social media.

Authorities are actively working on the case and have yet to release further information.

Lahari worked at the Overland Park Regional Medical Center and was still pursuing her studies. She had graduated from the University of Kansas.

According to acquaintances, Lahari was raised in Texas and attended Blue Valley West High School. As soon as news of the young Indian girl's disappearance spread, people began sharing her picture to generate awareness and reach as many individuals as possible in the hopes of finding her.

Friends and family fondly described Lahari as a bright and motivated young professional. She was a cherished member of the community, known for her amiable nature.
