It is with deep sorrow we inform the demise of Chandra Mohan Laghuvaram. Chandra with his extended family went to William O'Brien State Park, Minneapolis for a fun evening.
In the process of moving kids out of water, Chandra got caught in the turbulence himself and could not be found for several minutes.
He was pronounced dead around 4pm on Saturday June 12th leaving his family and friends in shock
Chandra is survived by wife Shylaja, mom and two young kids, 12 and 5. The grieving family also includes his loving sister Mona and brother-in-law Murali and their two kids.
Chandra had great plans for his kids and it is unfortunate that he is not here to fulfil.
We wanted to start this fundraiser to help the family with immediate needs and for his kids' higher education.
