2023 has begun, and many IT professionals wonder about the future of remote IT work. Java, .Net, Python, Salesforce, AWS, Azure, DevOps, Angular, and UI technologies are in huge demand for remote IT jobs.
IT consulting billing rates in are between $80 to $100 per hour for these technologies, depending on work experience. A remote IT consultant can earn around half a million dollars a year doing two remote projects by utilizing their extra time in the evenings and weekends.

Existing full-time employees and onsite consultants can also negotiate from being a hybrid worker to a fully remote worker after getting a second remote IT consulting project offer in hand.
