Dr. M.V.V.S. Murthi, President of GITAM, will be the Chief Guest of Honor at this event.
An efficient entrepreneur, profound politician, enormous educationalist, valued visionary Dr. M.V.V.S Murthi initiated the Gandhi Institute of Technology & Management (GITAM) in Visakhapatnam in 1980 initially with a focus on Engineering field.
Over the years, many institutes like Management, Business, Architecture, Law, Nursing, Dental, Pharmacy and Medical Sciences were added.
In 2007, University Grants Commission declared GITAM as Deemed to be University. NAAC has accredited GITAM with A + Grade for a period of 5 years starting from 2017.
GITAM Management opened two more campuses one in Hyderabad in 2009 and the other one in Bengaluru in 2012.
GITAM, a multi-campus, diverse disciplines, distinct departments, fabulous faculty, world class research centers, state of the art digital libraries currently has 22,000 regular students and 1,200 Ph.D. Scholars.
