The recent controversies of two of the most respected swamjis – Kalki and Nityananda has not only brought shame to the facets of Hinduism but it has also given an opportunity for few vested groups. Both the swamys are now being projected as personifications of evil and advantages are being taken.
This is happening in some of the remote villages and towns in Tamilnadu such as Rajapalayam, Usilampatti, Salem, Thenkasi, Tiruchengode, Erode etc. A noted religion known for its conversions is currently on a special drive in these places and they are busy campaigning for their God.
Reliable sources reveal that they are taking the examples of Kalki and Nityananda and convincing the villagers and illiterate people that Hinduism is filled with such wretched souls. They are showing only their religion as the path to God.
