APSSDC Advanced DATA SCIENCE Cluster – HACKTHON POSTER LAUNCH ON 28-07-2022.
Sri Challa Madhusudhan Reddy, Advisor to govt (SD&T) Government of AP, Sri Konduru Ajay Reddy garu, Chairman APSSDC, Sri. S Satyanarayana, Md- Apssdc and IES CEO Mr. Raj Vangapandu launched Skill Development - Data science Hackthon.
In the guideline’s lines of visionary chief minister Sri. Y.S Jagan Mohan Reddy garu, APSSDC developing the unique ecosystem of imparting best of best skills of AP engineering students in order to make them industry ready through their skilling activities.
In the new generation of industry requirements, robotics, digital and smart manufacturing, artificial intelligence playing a vital role and it is very necessary for us to skill our graduates in these technologies at International standards.
Nearly 1200 students across the state has been accomplished the certification on “Data Sciences ” under the emerging technologies certification initiative by APSSDC along with Indo Euro Synchronization based out of India and Germany. These students are participated from various government and private universities and private engineering colleges from all the district of the state.
In continuation with the Data science , 12 weeks Internship program by IES in association with APSSDC aims in HACKTHON which is a social coding event that brings programmers and other interested people together to improve upon or build a new software program. This leads to the development of competitiveness in the students by solving the industry oriented.
Sri Konduru Ajay Reddy garu, Chairman APSSDC , described how APSSDC focused in high end skilling activity for 3000 engineering students this year across the state in the fields of Robotics, Smart Manufacturing, Artificial Intelligence, Data sciences & e mobility and other emerging technologies which are much needed for current generation youth. The unique German method of project-based learning is implementing at their Applied Robotics Control Centres (ARC) across the state.
Sri Challa Madhusudhan Reddy, Advisor to govt (SD&T) Government of AP explained about this Hackathon which is sprint-like event to enable participants to define problems in a limited time period. These are aimed at ideate and to find the best solution to a given problem.
Sri. S Satyanarayana, Md- Apssdc said that ADC cluster launches “ DATA SCIENCE “ HACKTHON , competition which aims to bring the best talent from ANDHRA PRDESH. It will be an unique Competition and is the biggest skill competition held in AP which is a biennial competition, and Extraordinary talent is exhibited from across the state with the support of State Governments and Industry.
Students are called to enhance their skills and to prepare them self for the Global stage for India at global platforms. And to create AP state skills a platform.
Indo Euro sync And German university President & MD Mr. Raj Vangapandu says company has been imparting and up skilling the new age skills by setting up the Advanced data science cluster in AP. Mr. Raj explained the benefits with hackathons, students can not only improve their coding and soft skills but also stand out from others during placements.
Along with coding skills students will improve the creativity, Presentation skills, team work and adaptability. They can include their hackathon experience in their CV for greater visibility among recruiters and boosts their employability chances by a significant factor. The winners will be awarded with best price money and a chance to become an Entrepreneur.
