We, the original writers & makers of the films "Maha Vijetha" and "The Messenger," hereby declare that the scripts of the said films are duly registered with the Telugu Cine Writers Association. Both films are planned to be produced under the banner of Light Storm Celluloids.
It has come to our attention that a big budget film being produced by a film production company and scheduled for release at the end of this May 2025, featuring a young Telugu hero, has striking similarities to our original works, as observed in the recently released teaser. We take this matter very seriously and are actively reviewing the situation.
This notice serves as an official intimation that all rights, including but not limited to copyright and intellectual property rights, in and to the scripts, stories, screenplays, dialogues, and other creative elements of "Maha Vijetha" and "The Messenger" are exclusively owned by us in all languages.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, adaptation, or attempt to produce infringing content—including copying underlying themes, character arcs, narrative structures, or other integral elements—shall amount to copyright infringement and a violation of our intellectual property rights.
Any individual, entity, or organization found engaging in such unauthorized activities shall be liable for legal consequences, including civil and/or criminal proceedings as per applicable laws. We reserve the right to take necessary legal action to protect our rights.
