Mohan Reddy Patalolla, NRI from New Jersey, built (2009) Sri Sai Temple at Nemli village of the combined Nizamabad district of Telangana, became a pilgrimage for North Telangana and neighboring Maharashtra and Karnataka districts. It is being popularly known as the Shirdi of Telangana.
Sai Temple complex spread in five and half acres which consist of Sai Sannidhi, Dwarakamai, Chavidi, 30 feet Sai cooking statue. Nava Graha mandapam, Sai Vishawakala Mantapam (Function Hall, accommodates 4000 devotees).
A new ornament was added to this beautiful Shirdi Sai temple complex, in the form of Pancha Mukha Siva temple. The five faces of Lord Siva depict namely, Sadyojata (the Revealer), Vamadeva (the Concealer), Aghora (the destroyer), Tatpurusha (the Cosmic being) and Ishana (the Lord). It is first of its kind in Telangana and has unique architecture.
The Pancha Mukha Sivalinga Prathistapana was done on April 1, 2024 by Veda Pandits, a 3 day ceremony. This spectacular event attended by thousands of devotees from near and far places of Telangana and neighboring districts of Maharashtra and Karnataka.
The Pratistapana attended by many dignitaries, to name a few, Member of Parliament BB Patil (Zaheerabad), MLAs Pocharam Srinivas Reddy (former speaker and present MLA, Banswada) and Surya Narayana Gupta (Nizamabad urban).

This temple has become a major pilgrimage/tourist place for people of Northern Telangana and bordering districts of Maharashtra and Karnataka. Thousands of devotees/tourists visiting the temple every day and expected to increase to see the unique Panchamukha Siva.
