Naidu Is Kiran's Maternal Uncle!

Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu behaved like a maternal uncle for chief minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy by protecting the latter’s government during the no-confidence motion in the state assembly on Friday.

This was the observation made by YSR Congress party central governing council member and spokesman M V Mysoora Reddy.

“Like a maternal uncle who protects his nephew, Naidu protected the Congress government in the assembly. While all the opposition parties expressed their lack of confidence in the Congress government, Naidu and his party colleagues expressed confidence in Kiran,” he said.

Mysoora pointed out that the TDP members who spoke in the assembly had spent most of the time in attacking the YSR Congress party, rather than the exposing the failures of the Kiran government.

“There has been a tacit understanding between the Congress and the TDP for the last two years; and it was clearly proved on the floor of the House. The Congress members were enjoying when the TDP members were violating rules by referring to the names of persons who were not the members of the House,” the YSR Congress leader said.
