Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu is like a medicine with expired date which does not work; on the other hand, it is dangerous to use date-expired medicines.
This was the opinion expressed by Congress party spokesman and former MP N Tulasi Reddy. “Naidu had ruled the state for nine years. He knows which scheme can be implemented and which scheme is not viable. Yet, he is going to people in the name of understanding their problems, as if he is dealing with them for the first time; and making all sorts of tall promises. The people, who had experienced his rule in the past, do not have faith on him. His promises lack credibility. He is like a medicine with expired date, which does not work and is dangerous to health if used,” Tulasi Reddy said.
The Congress spokesman also described YSR Congress party leader Y S Sharmila’s comments against the state government as ridiculous. “She says she will bring back Rajanna Rajyam, forgetting the fact it was nothing but the Congress rule. YSR was the Congress party chief minister and all his schemes which were implemented during his regime, are still being continued. So, there is no point in Sharmila taking out padayatra,” he said.
