Mega Star Union tourism minister K. Chiranjeevi is turning out to be a big draw at public functions — because he does not mind shaking a leg if fans demand so.

At a recent tourism event in Guwahati, the minister found a large Telugu- speaking audience. Popular songs from his movies were played and the fans, expectedly, went berserk. Soon two battalions of additional police force were called in to control the fan- frenzy.

There is no word on whether the incident has had a sobering effect on the minister.
