There is a major hysteria that is currently on in the Tollywood circuit and among the Tollywood audiences it is the Mahesh Babu frenzy. Just like Salman Khan in Bollywood, Mahesh is ruling the roost and he has been calling the shots at many instances. Here is something else which has come now.

Mahesh’s blockbuster flick ‘Dookudu’ is now gearing up to get released in Tamil and it has been titled as ‘Athiradi Vettai’. This is in the dubbed format.  Recently the trailer was released and it was discovered that somebody else has dubbed for Mahesh which came as a surprise. However, here is the inside talk.
 
It is heard that the makers wanted Mahesh to dub for his role but he had reportedly asked for Rs 2 crores as remuneration. Of course, if he had given it would have been nice. Mahesh knows Tamil very well since he grew up and studied in Chennai. For now, the Tamil Thambis have to make do with his dubbed voice, maybe next time.
