It doesn’t take long for any actress with talent and beauty to get noticed in Tollywood. Amala Paul is one such example and after films like ‘Naana’ ‘Bezawada’, Amala has now bagged a biggie with ‘Naayak’ wherein she got to pair with Ram Charan. Prior to this, Amala was more a character driven actress who did few good films in Tamil and Malayalam.

Now, it is heard that Amala is part of the prestigious race for Oscar awards. The reason for that is her Malayalam film ‘Akashathinte Niram’ (Color of Sky). She had teamed up with Indrajith, Prithviraj and the film is now in contention for an Oscar in the best picture category. This is not the only credit.

The film has already been screened in prestigious international fests like Eurasia International Film Festival, Shanghai International Film Festival, Chicago International Film Festival. It now remains to be seen whether Amala’s film can make it to the final list of Oscar nominees or not. Best of luck for that pretty girl!
