KCR drags Kodanda into TRS!

Despite the fact that Telangana political joint action committee chairman Prof M Kodandaram tries to maintain distance from political parties, Telangana Rashtra Samithi president K Chandrasekhara Rao seems to be forcibly dragging him into his party.

On Monday, the TRS president made an announcement that he and Prof Kodandaram would attend the all-party meeting to be convened by union home minister Sushil Kumar Shinde in New Delhi on December 28. As per the home ministry’s invitation, two representatives from each political party should attend the meeting. Thus, Kodandaram would be representing the TRS at the meeting along with KCR.

One does not know whether KCR had taken the consent of Kodandaram before making the announcement, but it clearly shows that he had virtually forced Kodandaram to commit himself to the TRS. In a way, he has sent a message to all the partners of the JAC that Kodandaram is only part of the TRS and is not an independent leader. Thus, it is evident that KCR is trying to hijack the TJAC!
